J&K migrants await relief from govt

Migrant families in Jammu and Kashmir, who had started selling their children, are still awaiting the relief promised by the state government. 12 year-old-Neelam was mortgaged for Rs 1500. In her village Talwara, Neelam's father is among hundreds leading impoverished lives in a refugee settlement.
