Inflation Has Decreased: Former Niti Aayog Vice Chairman Rajiv Kumar
"Inflation is declining, it is above target rate. Unpackaged and packaged food is consumed by different class of consumers. Fiscal policy of Government has to be rationalised, leakages prevented," said former Niti Aayog Vice Chairman Rajiv Kumar.
