'In Most Rape Cases Perpetrator Known to the Victim'
In today's episode of The Big Fight, activist Dr Kalpana Viswanath said that over the years National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) data has shown that in more than 80 per cent of the rape cases the perpetrators are known to the victims.
