"It cannot be a lockdown in Haryana because of some unions who are trying, without discussions, without talks, just to get on to an agenda to spoil the law & order situation. If we need to, we will take stricter action in the future also," Dushyant Chautala, Deputy CM, Haryana on the farmer protests.
