The Karnataka Lokayukta's name has been raised often in connection with allegations against the Karnataka chief minister that led to the Governor sanctioning Yeddyurappa's prosecution. And while the Lokayukta points out that with the High Court stay there is currently no investigation looking into those allegations - he says the Governor is legally within his rights to take the action he did. Justice Santosh Hegde spoke to NDTV in Bangalore.
