Around 3.5 lakh children, under the age of six, are being fed with free daily meal at aanganwadi centres in Kashmir. The free meal provided is prepared from substandard, rotten and expired material, often used without any prior checks. Most of the children throw away their daily meal as it gives them nothing but stomach ache.
