Devyani Khobragade arrest row: US must apologise, says Union minister Kamal Nath
"We have made it clear that America has to apologise in the matter. They need to apologise and accept that they have made a mistake. Only then we will be satisfied," Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath said today.
