Despite Stimulus Amid Covid, Government Spending Less
The government claims to have spent lakhs of crores on multiple stimulus injections into the economy amid the coronavirus pandemic, which has hit the economy hard. An NDTV deep dive, however, finds that government spending has dropped, not gone up.
