Jammu has been pushed into darkness after a major grid station caught fire earlier this month, supply has been erratic but politics over the issue has promptly begun. Up in flames went the 520 Mega Watt power grid station that supplies power to the whole of Jammu city. Property worth crores was gutted but the immediate fallout the city is facing over 10 hours of power cuts daily.
