Ratan Tata expressing his support for the Supreme Court direction asking the CBI to extend its inquiry into the 2G scam to 2001, when the BJP-led NDA was in power, has not gone down well with the BJP. "Ratan Tata is not a judge, he may not be aware of all the facts," said BJP spokesperson Prakash Javadekar.
