Balanced diet keeps heart attacks at bay

Heart attacks happen for various reasons. While fighting a family history of cardiac trouble might be hard, some of the other factors are completely within our control. A recent study in an American Medical Association journal has found that on an average, South Asians get heart attacks a decade before people in other parts of the world and a simple thing like eating more fruits and vegetables can make all the difference.
