For the first time since September 2014 -- following its electoral victories in Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and Maharashtra -- the BJP had cause to celebrate today. The celebrations reached a crescendo at the BJP party office in Delhi when Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to congratulate the party workers. "It is a mandate for development," he told them.
