Amazon Prime Day this year was the biggest ever for small and medium businesses according to Amazon India. Given the challenges for businesses this year after the lockdown and pandemic restrictions, Amazon had many businesses selling on it's site for the first time ever. It was also a new experience for Amazon to conduct it's Prime Day with covid restrictions, employees working virtually and safety procedures in place.
