At least four people, including two babies died after a boat carrying 29 passengers capsized at Odisha's Chilka Lake, 95 km from Bhubaneshwar. The incident occurred about 2 km from the shore when the motorised fishing boat on its way to Ghantasila from Sabulia, carrying 29 people, capsized in the lake after losing balance, a police officer said.
