Protests flared in South Kashmir's Kulgam district on Sunday after a long 10-hour-gunbattle in which four terrorists were killed along with one civilian. Two soldiers also lost their lives in the encounter. The police used both pellets and bullets at the crowds killing another man and injuring over 20 others.
