15-year-old boy beaten to death over Rs 5
A 15-year-old boy was allegedly beaten to death by a tea stall owner inside Seelampur police station in Delhi. The shopkeeper was reportedly angry as the boy was returning him a cup of tea and wanted Rs 5 back.
