Around 1,200 workers of two public sector paper mills in Assam are trapped in a nightmare without end. The mills are shut, they haven't got salaries for 54 months -- that's four and a half years -- and now they have been told to vacate their company housing by September 18. The BJP state government is ready to pay compensation.
