Bollywood actor Salman Khan isn't new to breaking records but the latest one is unheard of. The music rights to Prem Ratan Dhan Payo have reportedly been sold for a whopping Rs 18 crores inspite of the fact that not a single frame of the film has been shot yet. But having said that, director Sooraj Barjatya does have an ear for music so looks like the buyers have made a "sound" decision.
