Rakesh Arora, managing director and head of research at Macquarie Capital Securities, says Tata Steel has been upgraded after its earnings. Mr Arora says Macquarie has also estimated Tata Steel's EPS at 29.4 for fiscal year 2013-14. He also says that valuations seem extremely attractive at this point.
