Spectrum Auction Not A Flop: TRAI

Speaking to NDTV, telecom regulator TRAI's chairman RS Sharma told NDTV that it would be wrong to call the recently concluded spectrum auction as disappointing and the TRAI stands by its pricing recommendation for the 700 MHz band which received no bids. He says now telecom operators have no excuse to give poor quality of service.
