Rail Tendering Time Consuming: L V Raju
Col (Retd.) L V Raju told NDTV that tenders in Railways take time as they are usually long-term contracts. The recent contracts awarded by Railways could mean an annual revenue of Rs 500 crore for the company over the next 5-7 years, he adds.
