Power woes in Maharashtra continue

More than five years after signing an MoU with the Maharashtra government, the first phase of 300 MW units of JSW Energy's 1200 MW power project in Ratnagiri is finally ready to be commissioned. But the project is still a drop in the ocean considering large power demand in the state.
