PH Ravikumar, non-executive chairman, SKS Microfinance, says the MFI legislation does not require any tweaking as it is a broad framework around which the RBI will set up its rules. However, some tweaking may be necessary with respect to some sectors that have been affected post the MFI Act in Andhra Pradesh.
