Expressing hope that things will turn for the better in 2013, D.D. Rathi, group executive president, Aditya Birla Group, talks about his outlook for the new year. While he cited the reforms which the government has undertaken recently, he expressed caution as well. A lot will depend on individual states and their will to implement the policies that the Centre has okayed.
