Karvy on UPL-Advanta Deal
Prashant Kanuru of Karvy Stock Broking in an interaction with NDTV Profit said that the deal appears to be EPS dilutive for UPL shareholders as the dilution for UPL can be up to 20 per cent vs EPS growth of 7 per cent due to Advanta merger.
