Demonetisation Decision Not Taken In Haste: Urjit Patel
RBI chief Urjit Patel says the decision to remove old Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 bank notes from the system was not taken in haste. There had to be a high level of secrecy surrounding this decision, he adds.
