It looks like a reversal of sorts. BJP that went to town singing India shining in 2004, is now saying that blind industrialisation should be checked. In fact, this will be one of the main poll plank on which BJP plans to contest the forthcoming elections, mainly in the states of UP, MP, Haryana, Chhatisgarh, Orissa and Jharkhand.
