PE exits amount to 23% of total investments since 2005: Jones Lang LaSalle

V Hari Krishna, Director of Kotak Realty Fund and Sanjay Dutt, CEO Business, Jones Lang LaSalle India together for a discussion on PE exits in the realty sector during 'Power Lunch' on NDTV Profit. According to Dutt, PE exits are mostly in investments made between 2005-06 due to completion of 5-7 year investment cycle. He added that PE players have exited 23% of total investments since 2005.
