The vision is to bring HIV and Tuberculosis under control. To attain so, attention needs to be given to both the medical and behaviour side, said Uttara Bharath, Senior Technical Advisor for Social & Behaviour Change, Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs, Bloomberg School of Public Health. While speaking at the Lakshya - Sampoorn Swasthya Ka telethon, she said, "We can keep bringing treatment to people or people to treatment but until you work on prevention or early treatment seeking, there is going to be a serious challenge."
