Orissa's ailing anganwadis cause concern

Orissa has historically been a hunger spot. A key reason is the failure of the ICDS programme that is meant to provide nutrition to children below six. Anganwadi after anganwadi remain closed. Even those that do run don't have food to give children, so where does the money and foodgrains go?
