Congress leader Sonia Gandhi has invited Opposition leaders for a dinner on Monday, a day before they meet in Bengaluru for the second round of discussions on how to forge a united front to take on the BJP in the 2024 general election. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), which had targeted the Congress during the first meeting in Patna for not backing its fight against the centre's ordinance to control Delhi bureaucrats, has also been invited for the Bengaluru meeting next week, sources said.
