One dead, several injured as mob clashes with police in Delhi
One person has died and several others are injured after the police allegedly opened fire in the air to control a mob in New Delhi's Mayur Vihar area today. Violent clashes had broken out between the police and residents of Mayur Vihar Phase-3 after a young man, who was hit by a policeman, fell down on the road and was run over by a passing car. He was taken to a hospital where his condition is reportedly critical.
