Odd-Even Debut: Delhi Children Volunteers Lead The Way

In a bid to cut smog in the world's most polluted capital, Delhi government launched its ambitious odd-even car scheme on Friday. As the clock ticked 8 on the first day of the New Year, traffic police personnel and civil defence volunteers could be seen implementing the odd-even vehicular restrictions on the city roads.
