Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann dismissed allegations of a paper leak in the state, asserting that not a single examination paper has leaked during his government's tenure. He said authorities recently uncovered a high-tech cheating racket involving Bluetooth-enabled devices during a pharmacy exam, leading to the arrest of 21 accused, including students and members of an external gang. Mann maintained that examinations in Punjab are conducted strictly on merit and rejected claims of a paper leak.
