Nitish Kumar Offered 'Topi' At Bihar Madrasa Event. This Happens

Nearly twelve years after he took a swipe at Narendra Modi, then his bitter rival, and said a leader has to embrace both 'topi' (cap) and 'tilak' to run the country, a video showing JDU president and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar refusing to wear a 'topi' at a madrasa event is viral.

At an event of the Bihar State Madrasa Education Board, the Chief Minister was offered a cap usually worn by Muslims. But he did not wear it and put it on the head of his party colleague and the state Minority Welfare Minister, Mohd Zama Khan.
