"I would always find differently-abled people being employed by big hospitality brands, but they were always employed at the back-end. We wanted to bring them to the fore so they could showcase their skills and abilities," said Kshitij Behl, founder and owner of Echoes, an inclusive Delhi-based cafe that employs over 14 deaf and mute staff members.
