"Lack Of Passenger-Centric Regulator": Entrepreneur Sachin Taparia Amid Vistara Crisis

Founder of LocalCircles Sachin Taparia says that India lacks a passenger-centric regulator whose charter is to resolve aviation-related consumer issues. He adds that the need of the hour is to work with airlines and create guidelines and rules that all airlines need to follow. Over the weekend of March 31 to April 1, Vistara experienced severe operational disruptions and numerous flights were cancelled.
