"Our PM immediately tweets on incidents in Africa, Pakistan, France, US; he doesn't even tweet on Kashmir," said Congress's Ghulam Nabi Azad questioning Prime Minister Narendra Modi's silence on Kashmir crisis. "Kashmir is wounded. Who will give it first aid? It has to be Prime Minister. Why is it that Kashmir is wounded and the doctor who is supposed to administer first aid is watching tamasha," asked the former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister. On PM's Dalit outreach he said that Mr Modi "spoke on Dalits when he saw he is losing electoral ground in Gujarat and Punjab where elections are due."
