The Aam Aadmi Party's first day in office was hectic, with newly appointed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal taking a strong stand against corruption and VIP culture in the capital. Not only were government vehicles stripped of the "lal-battis", Kejriwal's newly appointed cabinet has already met twice, and seem all set to put their reformist agenda in place. But even as the "Aam Aadmi" government starts off on a positive note, the Congress and the BJP keep a sharp eye on their newest rivals in the capital, and on whether Kejriwal's team is able to make good on their poll promises.
