Sachin Pilot and other rebel MLAs cannot be disqualified for now. The Rajasthan High Court has deferred any action against them by the Speaker till Tuesday. Team Pilot's challenge to disqualification notices by the Congress will be heard again on Monday. The rebels took the Congress to court arguing that 'free speech' cannot be labelled as 'anti-party activity'. Meanwhile, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has rebutted the claims of Sachin Pilot camp that he was sacked hours after she promised help.
