The Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link has been thrown open for the public after its inauguration by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. And while the project itself is a huge achievement it has opened many possibilities, including the further expansion of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. We explain how, with the completion of this project, a major realignment happened in transportation in the Mumbai Metropolitan region.
