Centre "Missing" As Kashmir Violence Worsens?

"When it comes to violence on the ground, it cannot be controlled completely militarily by using force. There has to be engagement, there has to some kind of involvement of the people on the ground in J&K," says Syed Suhail Bukhari, Spokesperson PDP on recent spate of violence in Jammu and Kashmir.
