"Governors are not supposed to be spin doctors for an elected government. He has the right to omit the parts he doesn't understand... DMK is not new to this kind of behaviour," Apsara Reddy, AIADMK spokesperson, said when asked to comment on the ongoing tussle between Tamil Governor and the state government.
