In a new twist in the case, Jasbir Singh, the missing witness to Congress leader Jagdish Tytler's alleged role in inciting mobs during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, has resurfaced. This is more than a month after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) let the former union minister off saying they could not find the witness against him in the case.
