Under which law is it mandatory to serve the notice personally only, senior AAP leader Jasmine Shah sought to know after a Delhi Police team reached Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's home again today to serve a notice. "ED, CBI, everyone else, they all send notices through post, notices arrive daily, but no one insists on receiving a notice personally, so why are you insisting on serving a notice personally?" she asked.
