The Centre and Opposition parties are at each other's throats again over crimes against women and the ethnic violence in Manipur. BJP MPs from Rajasthan gathered near the Gandhi statue in the Parliament House premises protesting the alleged atrocities against women in Rajasthan. Jaya Bachchan, Samajwadi Party MP, said it was shameful that politics is being played over women's issue, asking what about Madhya Pradesh or UP.
