Prime Minister Narendra Modi today installed a historic sceptre 'Sengol' next to the Lok Sabha Speaker's seat in the newly constructed Parliament building. The ceremonial sceptre is called "sengol" - which derives from the Tamil word "semmai", meaning "righteousness".
