A two-year-old girl who was allegedly raped by her uncle on Friday died at a Vododara hospital yesterday. The little girl was allegedly raped and then thrown into a thorny bush on Friday night by her maternal uncle at Halol town near Vadodara. Some youth in the area located and rescued the child upon hearing her cries from the bush. They are said to have then apprehended the accused on the road and handed him over to the police.
