TM Krishna Defies Right-Wing Threat, To Sing Christian, Islamic Hymns
A few well-known Carnatic vocalists in Tamil Nadu have apologised for singing Christian hymns after a little-known right-wing fringe group threatened them on social media. While they've declared that they would not sing for other faiths again, celebrated Carnatic vocalist TM Krishna has decided to defy the threat. He says he would release Carnatic Christian and Islamic renditions to take on these threats.
