Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde's opinion of Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal has not changed in the last two months. In January, Mr Shinde had called Mr Kejriwal a "veda mukhyamantri" which in Marathi means "mad chief minister."
